The scope of the M&E is to provide key performance and navigation process indicators with proposed tools and reporting frequency for each of the HANWASH business and intervention processes at the local, district, national and global levels. The scope of the HANWASH M&E process includes the full scope of focus on the objectives of SDG 6.1 and 6.2 that address the 2030 goals for drinking water and sanitation. The HANWASH M&E Rotary Volunteer members are: Omar Keith Helferich -Chair Barb Spangler-Vice Chair, Nagiyoti Bollapragada, Madeleine Butschler, Steve Hunt, and Tristam Johnson.
The committee is very excited about Alex Bonhomme, who has joined HANWASH as the new full-time M&E Officer. Alex is based in Haiti with remote working with regular Haiti field visits. The HANWASH program uses an adapted Rotary International process of Define, Monitor, Evaluate, Resolve, and Learn (DMERL). HANWASH follows these continuous steps of Results Management to achieve HANWASH program performance improvement and sustainability.

La portée du S&E est de fournir des indicateurs clés de performance et de processus de navigation avec des outils proposés et une fréquence de reporting pour chacun des processus commerciaux et d’intervention de HANWASH aux niveaux local, du district, national et mondial. La portée du processus de S&E de HANWASH inclut toute la portée de l’accent mis sur les objectifs des ODD 6.1 et 6.2 qui répondent aux objectifs de 2030 en matière d’eau potable et d’assainissement. Les membres volontaires du Rotary S&E de HANWASH sont : Omar Keith Helferich – président Barb Spangler – vice-présidente, Nagiyoti Bollapragada, Madeleine Butschler, Steve Hunt, et Tristam Johnson.
Le comité est très enthousiasmé par Alex Bonhomme, qui a rejoint HANWASH en tant que nouveau responsable S&E à temps plein. Alex est basé en Haïti avec un travail à distance et des visites régulières sur le terrain en Haïti. Le programme HANWASH utilise un processus adapté du Rotary International de définition, suivi, évaluation, résolution et apprentissage (DMERL). HANWASH suit ces étapes continues de gestion des résultats pour parvenir à l’amélioration des performances et à la durabilité du programme HANWASH.
